There is a 1500 person capacity for this event that included volunteers, staff, guests, and festival goers.

GENERAL ADMISSION SINGLE DAY PASSES
By Popular Demand, the Wild Wild West Fest is now offering two types of SINGLE DAY PASSES that allows visitors entry to ONE OF THE THREE DAYS of the festival!
The Price of the GENERAL ADMISSION PASS is $30 and the Pass is non-transferable and non-refundable.
GENERAL ADMISSION PASSES can be purchased in advance for the 30 days prior to the event via the ECWID FACEBOOK TICKET PURCHASING SYSTEM or from JAMBASE TICKETS up until 48 hours before the event begins.
In response to requests to accommodate those desiring to participate in the evening with other obligations during the day, the Wild Wild West Fest is also offering a special SUNSET PASS.
The SUNSET PASS allows visitors entry BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 7:00 PM and 4:00 AM FRIDAY APRIL 25th or SATURDAY APRIL 26th. The SUNSET PASS is only $20 and is NOT AVAILABLE FOR SUNDAY APRIL 27th!!
SUNSET PASSES are for Adults Only and do not include Kids Tickets.
Unlike most festivals where most people get only VIP status based on the amount of money you paid for your ticket, 8 MINUTES TO BURN has decided that VIPs are also people who buy their tickets early in order to help the festival with pre-event needs like deposits, infrastructure, and labor necessary to build that infrastructure. So VIP activities should serve as a reward for those who help insure that the festival happens. So not only will you get a $10 DISCOUNT if you buy your ticket at the Early Bird Price but THE FIRST 200 3-DAY PASSES SOLD WILL BE GIFTED A VIP UPGRADE THAT GIVES YOU ACCESS TO ALL VIP ACTIVITIES BEFORE, DURING, AND AFTER THE FESTIVAL FOR A WHOLE YEAR.
So get your ticket early because after the first 200 Passes are sold you can only get a VIP UPGRADE by purchasing them for $20 at the FESTIVAL MERCHANDISE AREA, via the ECWID FACEBOOK TICKET PURCHASING SYSTEM, or from JAMBASE TICKETS.
Volunteers are essential to insuring that all the planning, necessary set up, festival logistics, and take-down occurs.
8 MINUTES TO BURN recognizes the hard work and many hours that it will take to insure that this festival goes off without a hitch and we are prepared to reward those who invest their time and effort in helping us make this all happen.
Therefore a limited number of Tickets have been set aside for volunteers and made available through the Facebook Ticketing System on a first come first serve basis.
Just like with non-volunteer tickets, the tickets must be purchased for $30 before March 25, 2014 while supplies last. Once volunteer tickets are depleted, there will be no more allotted.
Holders of these tickets will be asked to fill out a volunteer survey from which their volunteer services will be determined and assigned. At the completion of the festival, each person assigned to volunteer services will be asked to submit a signature card that proves they completed at least 10 hours of service, which they can exchange for reimbursement of their volunteer ticket cost.
Another lot of tickets will be reserved for local food, drink, and other non-festival merchandise vendors. These tickets will also be available for purchase up to 15 days prior to the festival via the Facebook Ticketing System.
Like the Volunteer Tickets, they are available on a first come first serve basis at $160 each and each ticket includes two 3-Day Festival Passes. Vendors holding passes may purchase additional tickets at a discounted Rate.
With approval from the Vending Coordinator before March 25, 2014, Vendor Tickets may be purchased via the ECWID FACEBOOK TICKET PURCHASING SYSTEM without a surcharge or from JAMBASE TICKETS with a fee.

Youth between the ages of 14 and 17 years of age must have a Festival Pass of some type to enter the festival grounds and must be accompanied by a parent or an adult.
Children under the age of 14 are FREE and will be allowed into the festival grounds only with a KIDS TICKET that was purchased with a Festival Pass. At the time of purchase, Festival Pass Purchasers must indicate the amount of children that will accompany them (only 2 children allowed per festival pass) and the sex of the children. Festival Passes indicating NO CHILDREN will not be allowed to enter the festival grounds with children.
TICKET REFUNDS, TRANSFER & RETURN POLICY
All Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the event is cancelled, in which case funds will be returned to the credit card that was used to purchase them within 45 days of the final scheduled event date. Cash purchases should hold on to their receipt and send it along with a written request for a refund due to event cancellation to firstname.lastname@example.org and allow 45 days for processing.
All types of Tickets excluding VENDOR TICKETS are Transferable.
Will Call Tickets may be transferred by written notice up to 48 hours in advance. To transfer tickets, a copy of the original receipt along with a copy of your ID and the credit card that was used to make the purchase must be sent to email@example.com with a note requesting the ticket be transferred to a person with a specific name, email address, and telephone number. An email with the authorization code, that must be presented by the person with that name to the ticket booth at the festival, will be sent in reply. In addition to this email confirmation, the person picking up the ticket must present a valid ID showing that name as well be able to verify the email address and phone number associated with the transfer to retrieve the transferred ticket. Persons not able to present these items or this information may be asked to purchase a ticket to gain entry.
OTHER TICKET POLICIES
No matter what type of ticket you hold, purchasing of a ticket indicates that you agree to all the conditions associated with gaining entry to the Wild Wild West Fest Grounds and adjacent areas!
You agree that you are willingly entering the property where the festival grounds exist at your own risk.
You agree that you are entering an event being held by an interactive community of artists, performers, musicians and participants creating both and small large scale art on private land and that you are not entering a Rave.
You agree that Wild Wild West Fest is a private event on private property and is not open to the general public. Those under the age of 18 will need a parent or guardian at least 21 years of age to be with them at the gate when they check in. Those under the age of 13 will need to have a Kids Ticket that indicates the the Gender & Age of the child. All Will Call changes can be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. The Wild Wild West Fest and its agents reserve the right to deny anyone access to the property and particular event festivities or demand the removal of an individual with a ticket for any reason.
You agree to be 100 percent responsible for your camp, your personal well being, personal property and your pets at all times. Although there is water on the property it is only available for staff and festival use. There is no other water, food or fuel within 20 miles of this property. There is also no power or phone service available for patron use on this property. You must come prepared with food, water, shelter, warm clothing and bedding and anything else you need to survive during this event. Please make sure to review the FAQs about pets.
The nature of this event, the property, the unique interactive art, the rapidly changing weather conditions, and creatures that inhabit the area may contain natural or man made hazards. These may cause serious personal injury or death. You agree to release the event producers, property owners, staff, volunteers, and organizers from any liability or responsibility should you be injured, sustain property damage or die while attending this event. This Release of Liability agreement includes you releasing us from any and all claims from surviving family or heirs.
You agree that all images video and film making are for Personal Use Only. No commercial use of images allowed without a signed written agreement from the event organizers and the people shown in the images. Advertising or offering any items or services for sale is prohibited on the Festival Grounds without a vending permit from the organization. This is a Lave No Trace event. Pack it in Pack it out.
By purchasing a ticket to Wild Wild West Fest you agree to comply with our Fire & Sound Policies.
The Wild Wild West Fest will take place Rain or Shine so NO REFUNDS are available due to inclement weather. Arizona rains often pass within 20 to 30 minutes so be prepared for such weather.
The Wild Wild West Fest may offer periodic promotions on ticket sales so be on the look out for them.
In the event of a performance cancellation do to an issue with a particular artist arises, a substitute may or may not be provided. There are NO PARTIAL REFUNDS for any particular artists cancellation.
TICKET REFERRAL PROGRAM
One of the hardest things about throwing a live music festival is the fact that we will never have enough room for everyone who wants to play. Even as we grow, more bands will want to be play.
Because spots are filled this year and will always be limited, the only thing we can do is actually determine who is really committed to the festival and its principles, since in the long run those are the people we really want to invite as we expand the line-ups in future years. In order to determine that level of commitment 8 MINUTES TO BURN has asked the fest to offer musicians, artists, and others who did not get a spot in the line-up this year an important way to participate that brings them a reward for doing so. Tickets sales are of course important to the success of the fest so individuals and groups can register to be a part of the Ticket Referral Program, which allows you to receive $100 commission on every 25 tickets sold based on your referral of buyers to the online system.
How does it work?
